My ranch is located just north of the Denver Metro area in Colorado. We have 2 ½ acres with access to the property via an electronic gate.

My blue heeler, Jake and his side kick Jasmine keep a close eye on everything
that happens.

The barn is 48x48 with a 12 x 48 ft overhang on the E side. There are 4 runs ranging from 42 ft by 16 ft and up, with 12x12 roofed shelter on that E side.

3 round rail wooden fencing surrounding the East side area with flexible poly rope
and electric braid for the divisions. There are 4 12x12 stalls with Nelson automatic waterers and 12x24 or 12x12 runs attached.

I have an approximate 30x48 run with a 12x12 stall being built with metal panels and electric braid that is free-standing. I hope to have this as my “mare hotel” next year.

Each individual area has a large water tank that are checked every day. I also have a 12x12 heated birthing stall and foal camera that I can move to watch any horse on my place.

I have a 60 ft round pen, 1 ¾ ac dry land pasture (strictly managed and mainly recreational), and a 50x100 arena (or so) arena. Dirt roads and the railroad tracks are available for riding should you want to come and ride your mare while she is
here for breeding.
