The flooding is the crossing to the East of the campground... the horses would have to swim to cross. Normally mid cannon to the knee.  I have never seen this kind of water in all the times I have been up there, especially over July 4 weekend!  I heard there was 14 ft of snow up the powder drainage area this winter.
